Refunds


We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible with details and proof of the fault.


Exchanges


We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible:

- items must be in a resellable condition 

- all original tags must still be attached 

- items must be unworn and undamaged


Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is sold out, it will not be restocked and an exchange may not be possible.
